In therapy sessions, I help clients address many types of issues, including depression, anxiety, conflict, grief, stress and overwhelm, relationship difficulties, and general life transitions. I am an honest, engaged, and compassionate psychologist who can help you face what is difficult and then decide what you would like to see instead.
