In therapy sessions, I help clients address many types of issues that include depression, anxiety, conflict, anger, grief, loss, stress and overwhelm, addiction, relationship difficulties, and general life transitions. I am an honest, engaged, and compassionate psychologist who can help you face what is difficult and then decide what is wanted instead.
